How PHPCheck uses and protects your information.

What information do we keep?

We save your website address, the check results, and your purchase and report access details. We use the email you enter at payment to send your PDF report and help you recover it.

Buying a report does not sign you up for marketing emails. We do not keep cookie values or copies of the website’s HTML in saved reports.

How long do we keep your information?

Unpaid results expire after 24 hours. Purchased reports and private links expire 90 days after payment. Download the PDF to keep your own copy. Expired information is removed from this app.

Payment references, amounts and refund records are kept separately for accounting and legal requirements. These records do not contain your website address, report contents, email or private report link. Payment companies also keep their own records.

Who can open my report?

Your report is opened with a private link. Keep it private, because anyone with a valid link can open the report.

How do you measure use?

We count steps such as checks started and reports opened in our own database. We don’t send your website address, email or results to another company’s analytics service. Temporary request limits help prevent misuse.

What happens if I book a call?

The booking button opens Cal.com. We don’t add your report, website address, email or private report link to that booking link.

Payment and report delivery

Stripe handles checkout. Resend sends purchased report PDFs to your checkout email. Cloudflare provides HTTPS and the security check. Railway hosts the app and its encrypted backups. Backups expire after 14 days. Contact hello@anculabs.com for privacy questions or requests to delete your report.

Request limits use temporary hashes of network addresses or website destinations. Private links use random tokens checked by the server.
